ABOUT OUR PRESENTER

Annie Sorell

Annie has 3 children and a granddaughter.  When not spending time with family or friends she loves reading, horseriding and being in nature.

Since 1997 she has had private practices in Narrabri. Dubbo, Hobart and Armidale and she worked for 2 ½ years in a residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility.

Annie now specializes in working with people to overcome stress, anxiety and trauma.  She loves teaching Meditation, EFT and Numerology Workshops. She is also an equestrian counselor, working with people who are experiencing fear of horse riding to be confident and enjoy riding again.

Annie commenced her training in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) in 2008 and they have been an important part of her practice ever since.

EFT consists of powerful energy psychology techniques that work with the mind-body connection to rapidly reduce the negative impact of memories, freeing the individual of past programming so they can be more fully in the present.

Annie is going to explain some of the principles of EFT and how she uses these techniques in her practice
