Emotional Freedom Technique

·      Releasing core issues with EFT

·      experiential component of tapping for self-care

Christine Martin has worked in schools with children and parents in the field of emotional support for more than 25 years. Desires to make a bigger difference in peoples’ lives lead her from Kinesiology to Reiki to a Counselling Diploma.

The real breakthrough for her was when she discovered EFT tapping in 2011.

This tool allows her clients to go that step further that she was looking for - from gaining awareness and understanding to actually releasing their emotional baggage.

She helps children and students with separation anxiety, fears, phobias, sleeping difficulties, anger management, relationship issues, anxieties and self-regulation.

Christine works with adult clients on issues as above. She finds with adults it usually leads to healing the inner child first to help them change unhelpful patterns such as procrastination, co-dependency, addictions, or limiting beliefs such as feeling not good enough, not deserving or unlovable.

“I’m excited to live in this time where research into Energy Psychology and Neuro science brings discoveries to light that start to explain how the brain, body and mind are connected and communicate and how we can actually rewire our brain, working on that subconscious level.

It opens up so many possibilities of healing. I just can’t get enough of it.”

Christine is an advanced Level 3 EFT as well as a TBT (Trauma Buster Technique) Practitioner and uses these techniques in her work as Student Welfare Worker and in her private counselling practice.

There will be an experiential component in this presentation.

See you all there and please be on time, thanks for your cooperation.

Also let me know if you are NOT coming as I need to work out snacks and coffee.
