Josephine Byrnes-Luna

All Things ‘Counselling Practice’

Establishing and maintaining a private Counselling practice is not an easy task and takes commitment, work and a lot of keeping up with latest developments, legislation and the wants and needs of the market.

I will explore some of these with you and discuss things along the way that are ‘All Things Counselling Practice”.

Josephine has an extensive career running her own private practice, (Est 2007) carrying out a range of activities as Professional Counsellor, Coach, Mentor, Facilitator, Professional Supervisor and Accredited Mediator (NMAS).

Josephine has comprehensive career in commercial, government and individual settings which include a strong background in management/leadership, marketing, training, organisational change and development, planning and policy. She is aware of the vast issues people and organisations face and provides a range of services to meet their broad needs.

Josephine does not work with or use a model or system and try and make it fit. She works with you as an individual. She has a genuine passion and interest in people and their development especially during change and transition, using a range of traditional therapy and complimentary methods.

Josephine helps her clients to restore balance and bring back the positive in their lives. This includes working towards solutions to life's challenges, finding better ways to cope, handling stress, anxiety and conflict in healthier ways, dealing with difficult relationship situations, improving personal and professional relationships, applying effective parenting techniques and professional supervision.
